Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore is seeking a Change Management Engineer to join Fab10. You will work with Global Process Control, Traveler Control, IS, and area engineering to align, optimize, and troubleshoot MES setup and operations.

You will deliver training, implement software enhancements, and drive automation for productivity. Applicants should have engineering degree and strong coding skills (C#, C++, SQL, Python, Java) and a passion for continuous improvement, including responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
• Strong programming and analytical skills with experience in software tools.
• Experience or internship in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive MES system improvements and align Best Known Methods.
• Coordinate with Global Process Control, Traveler Control, IS and area engineering.
• Deliver training, provide troubleshooting and implement enhancements.
• Lead projects to optimize MES system setup and AI-enabled improvements.
