About this opportunity :

We are looking out for a Leader whom are well verse in Change Management processes and procedures, playing advisory role to stakeholders of our client.


Scope & Requirements:

  • As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the change vision and defining the change acceptance strategy.

  • Define the appropriate change initiatives including the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change.

  • Measure progress toward the target state.

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

  • Advanced proficiency in Change Management is required.

  • Advanced level of proficiency in Journey Management is recommended.

  • Organizational Strategy, Stakeholder Management, and Change Analytics skills are suggested with Advanced proficiency.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive successful organizational change.

  • Lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.

  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights on the effectiveness of change initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of change strategies.
