Job description

Change Lead and Practitioner

Responsibilities:

As a Change Practitioner, you will play a key role in designing, planning, and implementing change initiatives to support the organization’s transition to its desired future state. You will be responsible for developing measurable change strategies and using data-driven insights to guide interventions, monitor progress, and adjust actions as necessary.

You are expected to operate independently, progressively becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in change management. Active contribution in team discussions and solution-oriented collaboration on work-related challenges are essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute structured change management strategies to enable successful adoption and sustainment of organizational change.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate change readiness, adoption, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and secure commitment to change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build change capabilities and drive engagement across impacted teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on change-related matters, offering solutions and recommendations to address resistance or implementation challenges.
  • Participate proactively in team dialogues, contributing to shared learning and problem-solving.

Required Proficiencies:

  • Change Management – Intermediate-level knowledge of change frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Journey Management – Preferred proficiency in mapping and guiding stakeholder journeys during organizational transitions.
  • Stakeholder Management & Organizational Strategy – Ability to influence and manage a range of stakeholders in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Change Analytics – Competence in leveraging data and feedback to monitor change adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Business Change Enablement – Experience in supporting business units through change with structured communication and enablement planning.
