Responsibilities:

As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state.
  • Developing metrics to measure transition success and determine appropriate actions.
  • Performing independently and becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Actively participating in team discussions.
  • Providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Applying intermediate proficiency in Change Management.
  • Having a recommended intermediate level of proficiency in Journey Management.
  • Possessing skills in Organizational Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Change Analytics, and Business Change Management at an intermediate level.
  • Developing comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transitions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of change efforts.
  • Leading training sessions and workshops to build change management capabilities within the organization.
