- Executive Support & Administrative Services
- Provide comprehensive support for the Chairman/CEO's daily operations to ensure efficiency
- Manage the Chairman/CEO's schedule effectively, including arranging meetings and making necessary preparations (materials organization, data verification, etc.)
- Handle the Chairman/CEO's emails, correspondence, and calls with appropriate prioritization and reminders
- Maintain the office environment and equipment in optimal working condition
- Prepare daily briefings and itinerary reminders to ensure seamless operations
- Strategic Support & Decision Assistance
- Participate in major strategic planning meetings, documenting discussions and preparing strategic memorandums
- Assist in market research and policy analysis within the energy and virtual currency sectors
- Prepare business plans, investment analysis reports, and decision-support materials as required
- Monitor global energy innovation projects and evolving digital currency regulations
- Support the development of business expansion strategies

- Coordinate international travel and cross-border meetings with complete logistical support

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Background
- Master's degree or higher; Bachelor's degree considered for exceptional candidates
- Preferred majors: Energy Economics, FinTech, Business Management or related fields
- Minimum 3 years' executive assistant experience; energy or FinTech background advantageous
- Familiarity with energy policies and digital currency regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of international energy and virtual currency market mechanisms
- Full professional proficiency in both Chinese and English to communicate with the stakeholders
