Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own, meet and exceed annual sales targets based on new accounts/logos
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Develop strong client relationship through early consultative engagement
  • Understand client’s business objectives and pain points and clearly communicate how Atos value propositions address them
  • Manage customer and internal teams in Contractual terms and conditions negotiations.
  • Able to negotiate and close deals
  • Develop a good understanding of Atos portfolio of services and can explain clearly to potential clients
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed sales goals
  • Provide leadership to the pursuit team throughout the entire Sales cycle
  • Adhere to internal Deal process starting from Deal Pursuit to Deal Handover to Delivery

Profile

  • 10 years of enterprise sales in IT solutions and services
  • University Degree/Polytechnic Diploma. Background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a plus
  • Track record in Hunting new account/logos
  • Strong listening, communications and presentation skills
  • Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
