Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements across all markets and adherence to group-level financial policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting to management and key stakeholders.
- Oversee external audits, tax filings, and statutory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Effectively manage working capital, cash flow, and financial risk
- Enhance finance systems, tools, and automation to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Standardize core financial processes across markets, including budgeting, procurement, expense management, and reporting.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial operations and controls.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to provide financial insights that guide strategic decision-making.
- Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Drive profitability and cost efficiency through rigorous financial management.
- Support business evaluations, investment analysis, and long-term growth planning.
- Oversee Group-wide cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
- Proactively monitor and mitigate financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational exposures.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional finance team.
- Foster a culture of financial discipline, accountability, and compliance throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Operations)
- Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to local leadership, contributing to growth, investments, and cost optimization.
- Strengthen collaboration across commercial and operational teams to drive business success.
Requirements
- Over 12 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles (CFO, Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, Regional Finance Director).
- Demonstrated success in driving financial operations, governance, and compliance across diverse international markets.
- Well-versed in accounting, audit, and taxation.
