CFO – Fintech (Capital / Debt Raising experience)

We are currently partnering with a start-up FinTech who have an increasingly strong and growing presence across the South-East Asia region.

They are looking for a CFO to join their team in a newly created role. This position will have oversight for the management and strategic growth of the finance team, as well as involvement in their fund-raising efforts (both equity and debt fundraising).

This role will be responsible for supporting the following:

• Lead equity and debt fundraising efforts (with a focus on debt), building strong investor relationships to fuel rapid growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, driving excellence across finance, legal, and compliance functions.
• Design a scalable accounting infrastructure to support their expanding global operations.
• Manage complex, multi-region tax strategies, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Own investor relations, effectively communicating their story and growth to maintain financial support.
• Partner with the founders to provide financial insight and guide long-term strategic growth.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Proven track record leading finance teams and shaping successful strategies for high-growth, multi-region companies.
• Deep expertise in equity and debt fundraising, ideally with experience securing $50M+ debt facilities.
• Skilled at navigating cross-border operations, managing tax and regulatory complexities with confidence.
• Equally strong in long-term financial planning and day-to-day operational execution.
• Experienced in investor relations, earning trust and securing capital to drive scale.
