Job summary

Flex Logistics is a fast-growing Healthcare Supply Chain as a Service startup in Singapore. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) + Co-Chief Operating Officer (COO) will join a dynamic team at the early growth stage.

The role combines finance leadership with operational oversight and a founder mindset to drive fundraising, valuation modeling, and strategic initiatives while potentially joining the Board of Directors. Equity ownership is a core component alongside a compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proven finance experience in startups or growth companies.
• Experience with fundraising and investor relations.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work across Finance Operations and Operations.
• Founder mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategies and materials for Flex Logistics.
• Oversee cashflow management, financial reporting, FP&A, and related processes.
• Support CEO with fundraising valuations and investor communications.
• Co-COO responsibilities with CEO and CTO, overseeing operational execution.
