A globally recognised FMCG company is hiring a forward-thinking and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer, ASEAN to lead its finance organisation across ASEAN markets. Backed by strong regional foundations and a bold multi-year growth plan, this role offers the chance to influence and shape the next phase of the business’ evolution.

This is a mission-critical leadership mandate with full accountability for regional financial performance, strategic investment decisions, and finance capability building across a multi-country platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional CEO to co-drive strategic priorities, challenge high-stakes decisions across commercial and supply chain functions, and ensure optimal capital deployment
• Lead all FP&A, controlling, risk, and compliance activities across a dynamic, multi-market footprint
• Manage and develop a multi-country finance team; drive the evolution of finance capabilities, particularly in automation and process efficiency
• Elevate the finance function as a strategic business partner, delivering insights that inform customer, pricing, and route-to-market decisions
• Ensure robust financial governance, transparency, and alignment with global standards and evolving regulatory requirements across Southeast Asia

Key requirements

• More than 15 years of progressive finance leadership within multinational FMCG businesses
• Demonstrated success in supporting multi-country business operations and driving business performance through finance
• Strong background in commercial finance, supply chain finance, and/or operational controlling
• Track record of leading finance teams through transformation, including automation, process improvement, or shared services implementation
• Experience operating across Southeast Asia with strong influencing capability and a hands-on, pragmatic approach to execution
