Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer who will oversee the implementation of finance strategies and the management of daily finance operations. This role requires significant experience in financial management, ideally within international companies, particularly in the Iron/Ore sector. The candidate will lead a team, manage cash flows, and collaborate with external auditors and government authorities.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of related experience, preferably in international company financial management.
• Experience in Iron/Ore financial management is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Job description

l Full time Chief Financial Officer for both implementation of the company’s finance strategies and management of the daily finance operations

l Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

l Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk

l Support the company directors to identify and capitalize on profit enhancement opportunities

l Managing the Company's cash flow, cash projection and action plans to support the financial goals and cash stability

l Hands-on with the team for monthly group consolidated account, financial and management reporting in accordance to internal / external requirements

l Liaise with external auditor and relevant government authorities.for submission of statutory audit and taxing report

Requirements

l Degree or equivalent in Economy/Management/Accountancy

l At least 10 years related working experiences, preferably in international company headquarters and Iron/Ore company financial management experience is preferred

l Professional qualification certificate of accountant for over 10 years is an advantage

l Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

l Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
