As a CFM Engineer, you will be responsible for managing contamination control systems, resolving environmental issues, and driving continuous improvement in fab cleanliness and yield performance.

What You Will Do:

  • Investigate and close excursion issues triggered by fab modules

  • Follow up on potential environmental contamination reports from modules

  • Lead and guide CFM AEs, technicians, and operators on AMC (Airborne Molecular Contamination) alarms

  • Ensure CFM detection systems are functioning properly and proactively resolve issues

  • Execute projects to improve productivity of CFM operations and systems

  • Evaluate and study new environmental detection and monitoring tools

  • Perform benchmarking studies with other fabs to ensure Fab7 AMC performance meets or exceeds standards

  • Provide coaching and guidance to CFM AEs, operators, and new engineers

  • Set up and calculate control limits and specification limits for SPC charts related to AMC

  • Ensure all activities comply with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements

  • Collaborate on other projects and assignments as needed

What You Will Need:

  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in contamination control or cleanroom system preferred

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
