As CFM Coordinator, you need to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to respective CFM(s) to ensure seamless coordination of customer projects, sample management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Request Coordination:
  • Initiate and process illustration, oil, wash test, stability, CMR, and STAR requests in the system.
  • Plan and coordinate CMR test sample preparation and distribution.
  • Schedule stability wash activities for the respective CFM.
  • Order and prepare market samples for ongoing projects.
Sample Management:
  • Collect samples from the laboratory and distribute them to the respective CFM.
  • Prepare samples for meetings and presentations.
  • Pack samples, receive incoming parcels, unpack, and distribute them to the respective CFM.
Client & Event Logistics
  • Manage logistics for client meetings, including booth setup and preparation of wash evaluations.
  • Coordinate materials and arrangements for customer visits, presentations, and evaluations.
Administrative Support
  • Prepare proforma invoices and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Act as a communication interface with Perfumers, Applications, Creation, Sampling Labs, and Sales teams.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Perfumers and the Japan and China evaluation teams.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CFM team and manager.

Primary Qualifications
  • Diploma in Perfumery, Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
  • No known allergies or skin sensitivities to scented products, soaps, or surfactant-based products.
