Job summary

Summit Planners Maximus seeks a fully trained Financial Planner to provide regulated advisory services at Manulife, covering protection, health, wealth, retirement and legacy needs. You will conduct needs analyses, deliver suitable recommendations and maintain compliant client records.

Qualifications

• A degree or full diploma (minimum 2 years) in any field with 900hrs study, 50% exam based.
• Interest in client engagement and advisory services.
• Familiarity with platform-based or multi-insurer advisory environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, fact-finding and risk profiling.
• Develop and present tailored financial planning recommendations.
• Manage servicing, claims support and portfolio reviews.
• Build and retain client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Maintain documentation and suitability records.
• Coordinate with compliance, underwriting and operations.
