Job summary

Specialists Trade Alliance of Singapore invites applications for a Programme Management position Certification (SkilledTrades). This role will support certification framework development, criteria, and renewal processes within the Skilled Trade Enabling Programme.

You will collaborate with internal teams, industry stakeholders, government agencies, and appointed vendors to ensure transparent, auditable, and efficient certification operations and a digital registry portal.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin, engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to develop workflows, checklists, and process documents.
• Organised, meticulous, with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with companies, auditors, vendors, and government stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in certification, audit administration, or digital system implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain certification framework and criteria.
• Document and standardize certification processes and workflows.
• Coordinate audit readiness and renewal requirements.
• Assist in portal development and stakeholders' testing.
• Maintain thorough records of applications, approvals, renewals, and related docs.
• Liaise with vendors, government agencies, and internal teams.
• Support user acceptance testing and issue tracking for the digital registry.
