Job summary

Mediacorp Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Auditor to support certification audits and regulatory compliance across ISMS, BCMS, PCI-DSS and other standards. You will coordinate audits, manage records and work with certification bodies and internal teams.

The role involves risk assessments, policy maintenance, and tracking of corrective actions. You will engage with customers for audit requests and contribute to governance, risk management, and process improvements within the data

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree / diploma.
• Possess relevant professional certifications such as ISO 27001/22301 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, CIA, CISA or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant audit experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant ISO standards, industry certifications, and regulatory compliance requirements, including MAS guidelines and PDPA requirements.
• Ability to coordinate internal, external, regulatory and customer audits effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, for audit documentation, compliance tracking and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate certification audits, renewals and compliance activities for ISMS, BCMS, PCI-DSS, OSPAR, bizSAFE and other applicable standards.
• Assist in developing and coordinating annual internal and external audit plans, programmes and schedules.
• Prepare audit reports, findings summaries and presentation materials for Management and Steering Committee.
• Coordinate audit activities, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, reporting and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate and review responses to customer audit questionnaires, security assessments and requests for information.
• Maintain audit findings trackers and elevate overdue or unresolved issues to Management.
• Support governance, risk management and process improvement initiatives.
