A leading company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in various tasks. The role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling personal affairs. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in Mandarin and English, and previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate CEO’s daily business and personal schedules, ensuring proper preparations.
Book flights and accommodations; arrange transportation and manage logistics per CEO’s requirements.
Assist CEO in organizing company meetings, corporate events, and company-level projects.
Support CEO in handling personal affairs, including schedule management, family and children's educational arrangements, travel coordination, appointments, and supervision of private service providers.
Manage and follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO, regularly reporting progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in an assistant role. Fluent in Mandarin and English communication is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Detail-oriented, patient, adaptable to flexible working hours, and meticulous about accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, proficient in communication and task management.
