Job summary

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced regional project coordinator to support priority initiatives across Asia. You will structure governance, maintain plans, trackers and milestones, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure timely delivery.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent organisation, and professional judgment in a fast-paced financial services environment. Experience in PMO, strategy support or commercial roles is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in an MNC, consulting firm or global matrix organization.
  • Advanced application of AI models, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.
  • Experience in project coordination, PMO, business management, strategy support or commercial roles.
  • Exposure to regional, cross‑functional or senior‑stakeholder environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in working with tight timelines and multitasking under stress.
  • Background in financial services, insurance, reinsurance, consulting or corporate roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of regional initiatives and strategic projects, including maintaining project plans, trackers, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress against timelines and deliverables; proactively follow up on actions and dependencies
  • Identify risks, delays, or escalation points early and raise them with remedial actions
  • Ensure projects progress smoothly from initiation through completion
  • Support preparation and coordination of Asia leadership committee meetings and updates, including agendas, materials and action logs
  • Capture key outcomes, decisions and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism and track post‑meeting actions to closure
  • Support ad-hoc tasks such as key events, offsites, transformation projects
  • Act as a dependable coordination point across regional, country and functional teams
  • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Build personal networks with teams on the ground in our locations
  • Help build structure and consistency in recurring processes, reporting and workflows
  • Introduce simple tools, templates or improvements to enhance efficiency and clarity
  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset in identifying and addressing issues before they accelerate

About the Role

This role supports the execution of regional priorities through strong business coordination, project discipline, and stakeholder management by working closely with senior leaders across Singapore and the Asia region to ensure that strategic initiatives, governance forums, and priority projects are well‑structured, well‑tracked, and delivered to agreed timelines. It is a hands‑on business support and project role designed for high‑caliber professionals early in their career who can combine analytical thinking, strong organization skills, and a proactive self-starter mindset. The role offers meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, while requiring high standards in execution, communication, and professional judgement.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Initiative Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of regional initiatives and strategic projects, including maintaining project plans, trackers, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress against timelines and deliverables; proactively follow up on actions and dependencies
  • Identify risks, delays, or escalation points early and raise them with remedial actions

Executive & Governance Support
  • Support preparation and coordination of Asia leadership committee meetings and updates, including agendas, materials and action logs
  • Capture key outcomes, decisions and follow‑ups with a high level of accuracy and professionalism as well as tracking post‑meeting actions to ensure closure
  • Support in ad‑hoc tasks. eg. key events/ offsites, transformation projects, etc.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Act as a dependable coordination point across regional, country and functional teams
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment

About You
Professional Experience
