Job summary

An advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its operations and execute strategies in support of individuals with physical challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the non-profit or commercial sectors, preferably in healthcare or disability services, alongside a minimum of 10 years in senior executive roles. The CEO will oversee finance, operations, and the recruitment of mission-driven staff while ensuring service excellence and compliance with governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years in senior executive roles in non-profit or commercial sectors; healthcare or disability services background is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and execute Board-approved strategies aligned with the organization’s mission.
  • Oversee budgeting, service delivery, and implement strong internal controls and policies.
  • Ensure financial health, sustainability, and responsible resource allocation.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop competent, mission-driven staff.
  • Spearhead donor cultivation, strategic fundraising, and partnership development.
  • Ensure high-quality, client-centric programme delivery.
  • Act as the organization's face to stakeholders, enhancing visibility and outreach.

Chief Executive Officer

  • Salary: $10,000 - $13,000

  • Location: Central

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead daily operations and execute Board-approved strategies aligned with the organization’s mission to support individuals with physical challenges.

  • Operations Management: Oversee budgeting, service delivery, infrastructure, and implement strong internal controls and policies.

  • Financial Management: Ensure financial health, sustainability, accurate reporting, and responsible resource allocation.

  • People & Talent Leadership:

    • Recruit, retain, and develop competent, mission-driven staff.

    • Provide coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.

    • Oversee volunteer onboarding, training, and appreciation efforts.

  • Fundraising & Partnerships: Spearhead donor cultivation, strategic fundraising, and partnership development.

  • Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality, client-centric programme delivery.

  • Governance & Compliance: Uphold all legal, regulatory, and board governance standards.

  • Public Representation: Act as the organization's face to stakeholders and the wider community, enhancing visibility and outreach.

Key Requirements
