Job description

This is not an employment opportunity. We want to partner with you as you build your next company as a founder (part time, while you remain employed in your current job).

Location: Singapore / Remote. Part time.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 15 years work experience who wants to build a business in their area of expertise.

You’ve likely identified something in your industry that is currently being done inefficiently, and want to solve that problem by creating a solution you believe people are willing to pay for.

Skills Required

We’re seeking an individual with deep industry experience and a bias for action. You’ve likely built things before — even if not a company — and know how to get stuff done.

We’re particularly interested in people who have:

  • 15+ years of experience in a professional or leadership role
  • Domain expertise in a specific sector or function
  • Proven track record of executing complex projects or launching new initiatives
  • Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (a strong plus)
  • Experience in product management, operations, or service design (a plus)
  • A strong professional network in your industry

Your Responsibilities

  • Commit up to 12 hours per week to work on the business
  • Weekly 1-1 calls (1 hour duration) for mentorship, planning and progress updates
  • Validate real customer pain points through structured discovery and interviews
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions in the market via competitor research and analysis
  • Plan the first “minimum viable business” version of your product or service (no-code or service-led initially - our team can help with the build)
  • Doing the first sales calls and onboarding the first customers
  • Work toward creating a profitable business with strong unit economics
  • (If needed) Raise funding from early-stage investors, with support on pitching, fundraising and legal
  • Commit to going full time on your new business once it’s generating revenue and has passed validation.

What You’ll Do

Over the next 6-12 months, we’ll work with you to:

Explore and validate high-potential business opportunities that match your expertise.

Win your first paying customers and gain market traction.

Develop and launch a scalable, investable business.

Secure funding (if required) with coaching, investor introductions, and pitch support.

Grow your startup with ongoing mentorship
