Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent certificates recognized by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)
• Principal - DPL / ADECL
• Vice Principal - Senior Teacher / DPL / ADECL

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives.
• Lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children.
• Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool.
• Communicate effectively with parents, building rapport and trusted relationships to ensure concerns and feedback are addressed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for all government-related matters such as ECDA, including renewing and maintaining the license.
• Set educational standards and goals while helping establish policies, procedures, and programs to carry them out.
• Proactively review current policies, procedures, and programs, identifying ways to improve the overall standards of the preschools and future preschools acquired by the Group.
• Ensure daily operations are in order and compliant with licensing and other regulatory requirements, where applicable.
• Mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches for learning, teaching, and evaluation to improve overall performance standards and competencies.
• Implement specific center programs, initiatives, and events.
• Handle center administrative matters and enrollment.
• Determine licensing, health, and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies' requirements.
• Manage and optimize center resources.
• Prepare budget and control budget expenditures.
