Job summary

AWWA in Singapore seeks a Centre Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the Special Student Care Centre with a focus on safe, structured and person-centred services that boost clients' participation and wellbeing. You will support caregivers through collaborative partnerships.

The role covers operational leadership, staff supervision, quality assurance and continuous service improvement to meet organisational and regulatory outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Special Education, Social Work, psychology or related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications or supervisory training would be an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with children or youths with special needs.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and coach staff to achieve service outcomes.
• Oversee ICPs, enrolment, transitions and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals, schools and caregivers.
• Ensure governance, quality, compliance and data integrity.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
