Job description

Reporting to the Centre Directors & Management on administration & operational matters, this role is a dedicated leadership position as well as a client service role involving parental engagement, regular interactions with Champs, and collaboration with all team members.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operation of the centre.
  2. Implement quality standards for all programmes in the centre.
  3. Lead sales strategies and enrolment growth.
  4. Handle centre tours and operations.
  5. Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g., petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc.).
  6. Prepare monthly forms such as teachers' attendance, Champs' attendance, sign-in/out, and school bus attendance forms.
  7. Conduct daily health checks with Champs at the door when necessary.
  8. Assist parents with purchasing merchandise such as uniforms, caps, and books.
  9. Conduct stock takes and restock supplies such as merchandise and stationery.
  10. Ensure the safety and timely transfer of students from school to the centre.
  11. Ensure the safety of children within the premises.
  12. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Centre Director.
Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Business Management with at least 2 years of experience in a preschool or after-school environment.
  2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
  5. Ability to teach primary school subjects is an advantage.
