  • Working day and time: Tuesday to Sunday, 1.5 days off on Weekday
  • Salary: $4000- $5000 (Immediate starter prefer)+Commission

Job Description

  • In charge of the operations / Sales performances of centre.
  • To lead and manage supervisors to achieve the target set for their respective outlet. This includes guiding the supervisors in running their teams at the centre to provide worthy service to our customers.
  • To lead by example as a leader, living and spreading the Core Values, Ethos and Competencies championed by the organization.
  • Recruiting, training and grooming of supervisors.
  • Managing the performance of those under your charge in an effective and efficient
  • Devising strategies and tactics for supervisors and the teams that they manage; for the explicit purpose to increase sales and positive branding of our centres.
  • Ensuring that all customer complaints and feedback are handled professionally by the centre team.
  • Monitoring results of your plans and revise your strategies and methods accordingly.
  • Regular reporting of centre performance.
  • Duties associated with your role as a manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in a hands-on, senior leadership position in a tuition or enrichment company, managing multiple outlets with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Can teach Chinese language courses
