Job Summary:

BlueTree Education is seeking a driven and service-oriented Centre Manager to lead the daily operations of our education centre. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth centre functioning, deliver excellent customer service, support the teaching team, and achieve enrolment and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Centre Operations & Administration
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
  • Coordinate class schedules, room usage, and teacher assignments.
  • Ensure SOPs, policies, and administrative processes are followed.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of centre supplies.
Customer Service & Parent Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents and students.
  • Handle enquiries, registrations, trial bookings, and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to support retention.
  • Communicate class schedules, term dates, and key updates clearly and timely.
Team & Staff Management
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of part-time and full-time staff.
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to policies.
  • Lead regular team meetings and ensure a collaborative working culture.
Sales & Marketing Support
  • Drive centre enrolments through effective lead conversion and upselling.
  • Follow up with leads and trial students to support enrolment decisions.
  • Coordinate centre-level events and parent engagement initiatives.
  • Proactively engage with prospective parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable programmes.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Education, or related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
