Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations and management of the early intervention center.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre.
- Supervise and support the staff, including teachers, therapists, aides, and administrative personnel.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive intervention plans for children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and safety protocols.
- Manage the budget and financial resources of the centre, including fundraising efforts and grant applications, if applicable.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and families, promoting a family-centred approach to care.
- Work closely with external agencies, educational institutions, and community partners to coordinate services and resources for the children and families.
- Implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about centre activities and updates.
- Organize and conduct regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the centre's programs and services, making improvements as needed.
- Ensure that the centre maintains a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children, families, and staff.
- Handle and resolve any concerns, complaints, or issues related to the centre’s operations or services.
- Oversee the intake and enrolment process, ensuring that appropriate assessments are conducted for each child.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, including financial, administrative, and child-related documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest research, best practices, and developments in the field of early intervention.
- Represent the early intervention centre at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Report to the board of directors or relevant governing body on the centre’s performance, achievements, and challenges.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Act as the Key Liaison: Maintain strong communication with franchisees to ensure alignment with MindChamps Allied Care’s mission, brand, and operational expectations.
- Build Franchisee Capability: Support training and upskilling of franchise centre staff, ensuring compliance with mandatory programmes like EIP V2.0, AEPS-3, and MindChamps pedagogy.
- Conduct Centre Reviews and Audits: Perform regular visits and operational checks to ensure ECDA compliance, SOP adherence, and consistent delivery of services across centres.
- Drive Sales and Enrolment Growth: Monitor enrolment performance and KPIs, support franchisees with tools (e.g., sales decks), and troubleshoot low performance with action plans.
- Ensure Programme and Therapy Quality: Oversee fidelity to the EIP+ curriculum, therapy integration, and clinical best practices to maintain MindChamps' standards of excellence.
- Facilitate Business Reviews: Lead structured discussions with franchisees to review centre performance, enrolment data, financials, and areas for improvement.
