We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Centre Manager to lead our MindSpace @ Bukit Timah after-school care centre. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, enjoys working with children, and has the leadership skills to manage both operations and team performance. As the Centre Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the centre's operations, including daily activities, staff supervision, parent engagement, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage centre staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Oversee programme delivery, class scheduling, and student welfare
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and operational standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders
  • Drive centre enrolment and retention through quality service delivery
  • Plan and execute centre events and student engagement activities
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, ideally in student care or early childhood settings
