Job Title: Centre Manager - Metaphysics Industry (Part-Time/Flexible)

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Centre Manager who is passionate about holistic wellness to oversee front desk operations and digital engagement for our metaphysics-service-focused client.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement - Maintain a welcoming and organized center environment.
  • General Inquiries - Answer client queries via Instagram, email, or calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Digital Content Creation - Design eye-catching posters, social media posts, and visual assets for promotions and campaigns.
  • Proficient in digital platforms - Google, Gmail, Whatsapp and other communication platforms.
  • Social Media - Assist in managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram) to engage the community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
  • Comfortable communicating in fluent English
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles such as hospitality, retail and sales is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creating visual assets.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a flexible, part-time role.
