Centre Manager

Job description

• Ensure smooth running of the centre programmes, including but not limited to activities such as liaison with the vendor/tutors, manage facilities, screen and coordinate volunteers, communications with the children and their parents, and maintaining discipline and order of the children.
  

• Work with the Programmes Planning team to organise learning activities or outings either on-site or at external locations, through liaising with stakeholders such as schools, corporates, and other relevant parties, and to plan and manage logistics, volunteers, the children, and any other matters related to the successful conduct of the events.
  

• Supervise a team of teachers, social workers, and counsellors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations such as registration of children, tracking attendance, preparations of activities and materials, managing and scheduling of volunteers and children.
  

• Communicate with potential beneficiaries and other stakeholders to collaborate, refer, and increase outreach.
  

• Schedule and ensure maintenance works are completed in a timely manner, working with the landlord where relevant.
  

• Manage and maintain inventories of donations in-kind and petty cash.
  

• Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
