Purpose of Job
- To manage social service programmes and oversee the daily activities and duties at Wellness Community in response to society needs.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Drive social service programme strategies
- Oversee execution of social service programmes
- Manage community outreach and stakeholder network
- Manage personnel and compliance
Scope
Drive social service programme strategies:
- Plan and develop strategic organisational direction for Shan You Wellness Community, not limited to:
- Shan You Food Rations Distribution programme
- Shan You Free Meals programme
- Daily programmes & activities
Oversee execution of social service programmes:
- Oversee all the social services programmes.
- Manage resource allocation, duty roster and track participation.
- Supervise volunteers and monitor their service quality.
- Prepare content for publicity materials.
- Evaluate service outcome and social impact of Shan You Wellness Community.
- Maintain proper record and clear filing of work.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting for monthly, annual and ad-hoc requests.
Manage community outreach and stakeholder network:
- Plan and organise outreach activities, projects and events.
- Handle CIP (Community Involvement Programme) and CSO (Community Service Order).
- Network with stakeholders, community partners, social and welfare service agencies.
- Raise funds by sourcing for sponsorships and donations from individuals and corporate.
Manage personnel and compliance:
- Build a strong team that is committed to providing good service programmes.
- Comply with best practices and other relevant guidelines.
- Comply with the Centre’s code of conduct, policies and procedures.
- Contribute towards building a clean, green and cost-saving organisation.
- Perform any other duties as directed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in centre management.
- Training in leadership, supervision and planning preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Able to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passionate about working with stakeholders and possess good interpersonal skills.
