Centre Head

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this exciting full-time Centre Head role offers the opportunity to lead a thriving childcare centre in the East Region for ENLIGHTENED HAND LEARNING HUB. As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the centre's operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and education for young children.

What you'll be doing

• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the centre, driving continuous improvement and innovation

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff oversight, budgeting, and regulatory compliance

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture

• Engage with families to build strong partnerships and ensure the centre meets their needs

• Monitor and maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and education for all children

• Collaborate with the wider organisation to contribute to the overall success of ENLIGHTENED HAND LEARNING HUB

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Education or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within the similar education sector

• Demonstrated ability to manage a team, implement effective policies and procedures, and drive continuous improvement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, staff, and stakeholders

• Thorough understanding of childcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices

• Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children
