A well-established preschool in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to fill a multifaceted role that combines frontline sales, customer service, and administrative support. You will engage with parents, manage social media activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the center. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a good grasp of customer engagement, and organizational abilities to enhance enrollment and visibility in the local community.
1. Frontline Sales & Customer Service
Handle enquiries from parents (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails)
Conduct studio tours and promote programmes
Follow up on leads and conversions
Build rapport with parents and support retention
2. Centre Administration
Handle registration, billing, and fee collection
Maintain student records and attendance
Prepare teaching materials and classroom logistics
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre
3. Marketing & Social Media
Manage Da Di Learning Studio (as well as other sister's companies) ’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions) to highlight the centre’s activities and values
Schedule and track marketing campaigns
Assist in executing marketing strategies to increase visibility and enrollment
4. Coordination & Event Support
Coordinate class schedules, teacher availability, and parent communications
Support centre-based events or school holiday programmes
Liaise with vendors or community partners if needed
5. General Support
Support centre upkeep and presentation
Work closely with the Principal and teaching team to align with brand values (问,思,修,静)
