Job description

1. Frontline Sales & Customer Service

  • Handle enquiries from parents (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails)

  • Conduct studio tours and promote programmes

  • Follow up on leads and conversions

  • Build rapport with parents and support retention

2. Centre Administration

  • Handle registration, billing, and fee collection

  • Maintain student records and attendance

  • Prepare teaching materials and classroom logistics

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre

3. Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage Da Di Learning Studio (as well as other sister's companies) ’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions) to highlight the centre’s activities and values

  • Schedule and track marketing campaigns

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies to increase visibility and enrollment

4. Coordination & Event Support

  • Coordinate class schedules, teacher availability, and parent communications

  • Support centre-based events or school holiday programmes

  • Liaise with vendors or community partners if needed

5. General Support

  • Support centre upkeep and presentation

  • Work closely with the Principal and teaching team to align with brand values (问,思,修,静)
