[Hiring] Centre Admin & Customer Engagement Executive
Location
: Dhoby Ghaut, Singapore
Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month + commission
Role: Full-time | 5 days/week

Are you a people-person with a flair for service and sales? Do you enjoy working in a creative, high-energy environment where you can make a real impact on students and families? ONESTAGE is looking for a driven and friendly Centre Admin & Customer Engagement Executive to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
• Be the first point of contact for all walk-ins, trial class bookings, and inquiries
• Support new student sign-ups and help parents find the best class fit for their child
• Maintain strong relationships with existing parents through regular updates and follow-ups
• Coordinate trial classes, monitor conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve performance
• Work closely with teachers to track class schedules, student progress, and customer feedback
• Handle centre admin matters, attendance, and daily operations smoothly and professionally
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and open houses to drive leads and brand engagement
• Uphold a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in the centre that reflects our creative culture

Who You Are:
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
• A natural communicator – warm, persuasive, and attentive to people’s needs
• Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with sales targets and motivated to grow student numbers
• Team-player with a can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Experience in education, retail, or service industries preferred
• Min. Diploma qualification required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with systems and databases

• Must be able to work on weekends (with two weekday off)
