Job summary

PeopleMatch Resources Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Production Manager to lead daily lineups, plan manpower, and oversee quality control of cakes and pastries.

You will drive ISO documentation compliance (HACCP or similar), coordinate with outlets, push productivity, manage procurement, and train junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in kitchen management or production (pastry/bakery)
• Experience managing a team of 10+
• Familiarity with ISO documentation and food safety systems (HACCP or similar)
