Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst with strong CDE and information management experience to analyse end-to-end processes across planning, design, construction, handover, asset management and operations in Singapore.

The role involves defining CDE workflows, governance, data ownership and metadata standards, translating needs into digital workflows, and coordinating with architects, engineers and vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, information management or a related role.
• Practical experience defining or improving CDE processes, information workflows and governance models.
• Strong understanding of how project and asset information is created, reviewed, exchanged and handed over across lifecycle stages.
• Ability to document complex processes using process flows, swimlane diagrams or data models.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and implementable workflow specifications.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document end-to-end processes spanning planning, design, construction, project delivery, handover, asset management and operations.
• Define and maintain CDE information workflows, governance controls, roles and data ownership models across the asset lifecycle.
• Translate operational needs into clear digital workflows and platform requirements across CDE and construction technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with business, project, consultant, contractor and operations stakeholders to align processes and governance.
• Map current and future state information flows and identify gaps, duplication and manual workarounds.
• Develop user stories, functional requirements and traceability artefacts for delivery teams.
• Support product backlogs and planning for Partner Experience products.
• Work with architects, engineers and vendors to validate solution feasibility and alignment with standards.
• Support testing, adoption and continuous improvement by validating workflows.
