Job summary
LMA Recruitment Singapore is assisting a private bank to hire a CDD Specialist on a 12-month contract. The role supports RMs with CDD/KYC for HNW clients and involves drafting onboarding narratives, managing documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Ideal candidates will have Private Banking/Wealth Management experience with CDD/KYC exposure and fluency in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese to communicate across client portfolios and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management / Banking.
- Prior experience with CDD/KYC and client onboarding is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
Responsibilities
- Support RMs in CDD/KYC matters across HNW/UHNW client portfolios.
- Prepare CDD narratives for onboarding, periodic reviews and trigger events.
- Manage KYC documentation, remediation and quality checks.
- Track CDD/KYC pipelines and coordinate with RMs, Compliance, Risk and Client Lifecycle teams.
- Ensure activities meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
