Job description

As an CCTV Security Systems technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall reliability and security of our IT environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, door access, alarms, intrusion detection
• Configure network settings, including IP addressing, port forwarding, VLANs, and firewall rules
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
• Update firmware and software to ensure security and compatibility
• Collaborate with other teams to implement technology solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in site supervision & project coordination in security systems
• Hands-on installation experience in alarm, card access & CCTV systems
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Computer literate and familiar with project planning tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Working time

Working time: Mon-Sat 8:30am - 5:30pm
