We are currently seeking a CCP Trainee willing to commit for 15 months to join our engineering team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Complete projects listed in the CAPEX plan within the approved budget.
  2. Define project scope with users, drive feasibility studies, concept design, basic and detailed design phases, maintaining a +/- 10% budget.
  3. Manage contractors during construction to ensure quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
  4. Coordinate commissioning, IQ, and OQ phases, ensuring proper documentation and project close-out.
  5. Propose and evaluate modifications to equipment and processes for safety, efficiency, and goal alignment.
  6. Supervise outside contractors for capital projects and plant modifications.
  7. Support customer queries related to processes.
  8. Participate in new customer tech transfer and risk assessments.
  9. Maintain knowledge of key processes such as change control, permits, drawings, and documentation.
  10. Support inspection readiness at all times.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant Science field or equivalent.
  2. Applicants without prior biopharmaceutical industry experience are welcome.
  3. Understanding of mammalian cell culture applications in biopharmaceutical production.
  4. Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
