Roles & Responsibilities:

Providing Quality Care

• Perform nursing procedures such as medication administration, wound dressing, and meal feeding.
• Assist Senior/Staff Nurses during treatment and examinations of residents.
• Carry out hygiene care for residents.
• Accompany residents in daily group exercises.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior/Nurse Manager and Staff Nurses.

Training & Development

• Participate in quality improvement and assessment activities.

Administration and Management

• Help maintain residents' health records and progress reports.
• Educate family members about residents’ health conditions and holistic care.
