Job summary

PSA Corporation in Singapore is offering a Content Creation & Social Media Internship. You will conceptualise, develop and execute creative ideas and multimedia content for events and milestones; support social media series across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok; assist with analysis of performance using analytics tools and propose growth strategies.

You'll gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, multimedia production, and analytics within a global port operations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3 to 6 months; part-time will be considered too.
• Proficient in video filming and editing; CapCut or Canva are good to use.
• Skilled in content creation and design of marketing collaterals.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop and execute creative ideas and multimedia content for upcoming events and milestones.
• Support ongoing social media series across but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Assist with analysis of social media performance using analytics tools; propose strategies for organic growth.
• Suggest new content formats and engagement strategies for emerging platforms (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Threads, X, etc)
• Support company events and milestone celebrations.
• Assist with website content updates and brand refresh initiatives when required.
• Facilitate port filming and media visits when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
