Job summary

Polar Puffs & Cakes PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a creative Marketing Intern to design promotional visuals, assist with digital content, and help manage social media assets for campaigns.

You will support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and influencer outreach, while developing skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut and Premiere Pro in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 6-month internship commitment required.
• A design portfolio showcasing creative work is required.
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro or other video editing tools would be an advantage.
• Strong creative flair, attention to detail and visual composition.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design banners and product visuals for social media and in-store materials.
• Support creation of digital content and social media posts.

• Contribute to campaign performance tracking and reports.
• Assist with website updates and product listings.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design

• Assist in designing and adapting promotional banners, product visuals, social media posts, in-store promotional materials and other marketing collaterals.
• Support the creation of engaging digital and social media content.
• Assist with basic photography, videography and photo editing for marketing campaigns.

Marketing Campaigns

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional activities and event activations.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions to improve social media engagement, reach and brand visibility.
• Assist in coordinating influencer/KOL collaborations, media outreach and media drop deliveries.
• Support campaign performance tracking and preparation of post-campaign reports.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

• Assist with e-commerce website updates, including product listings, images, descriptions and promotional banners.
• Support digital marketing activities, including blog articles, EDMs and CRM campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing information across digital platforms.

Customer Experience & Marketing Administration

• Assist in monitoring and responding to customer enquiries and feedback through designated customer service platforms with relevant stakeholders.
• Support customer feedback tracking, escalation and reporting for service improvement.
• Assist with administrative tasks, marketing databases, campaign reports and coordination of promotional materials.
• Undertake other marketing-related duties as assigned.
