• Diploma holder in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent.
• At least 4-5 years of sales experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality.
• Passionate about F&B, customer service, and sales activities.
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish new sales opportunities using various prospecting channels.
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and catering schedule.
• Account for sales profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor key market trends and competitive market information.
• Brainstorm creative ideas to improve catering services.
• Maintain documentation in catering and conference files.
• Attend and handle all customer enquiries and feedback.

• Monitoring key market trends and competitive market information
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Maintain all proper documentation in catering and conference files.

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent.
• At least 4-5 years of sales experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality experience.
• Passionate about F&B, customer service and sales activities.
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
