BN MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Operations Assistant to support dishwashing, cleaning, and equipment handling for catering operations. Responsibilities include operating MEIKO washing systems, loading and unloading, ensuring hygiene, and maintaining workflow with receiving and storage teams.

The role emphasizes safety, PPE usage, proper sanitation, and daily target achievement to sustain flight catering operations. On-site position with standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashing machines according to procedures.
• Load and unload trays, cutlery, utensils and containers.
• Inspect washed items for residue, stains or contamination; rewash as needed.
• Maintain separation between dirty and clean equipment throughout the washing process.
• Report malfunctions or unsafe operating conditions to supervisor.
• Assist with routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of washing area and equipment.
• Coordinate with receiving, storage and releasing teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and perform related duties.
