Main tasks

  • Foresee business risks related to role, highlighting to leadership and work towards mitigating risks in best manner
  • Collaborate with user departments to reduce the procurement cycle time
  • Ensure Contract compliance with policies and achieve targets
  • Identify and realize cost saving initiatives in the procurement of goods and services
  • Establish measures to assess progress, savings, and targets
  • Develop and prepare periodic reports on all procurement activities
  • Follow-up with Business Units on Contract management requirements
  • Participate in negotiations, prepare cost models, do real time analysis of data and ensure delivery targets
  • Maintain an awareness of relevant and latest Sourcing and Procurement guidelines
  • Support Implementation of Category sourcing strategy
  • Identify, analyze, and develop vendor markets

Profile

  • Have strong business knowledge in telecommunications landscape
  • Broad understanding of the vendor market and deep understanding of RAN Mobile Network (including 2G, 4G, 5G, VRAN/ORAN)
  • Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively (verbal, presentation, facilitation & listening modes of communication) across organizational and cultural boundaries, internal and external
  • Strong analytical, systems thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and demand management & demand forecasting methods
  • Familiar with contract setup activities such as specification definition, contract T&C setup
  • Advanced experience with data processing tools, e.g. Excel or Tableau
  • Result oriented, demonstrating excellent collaboration abilities
  • Able to work with a high degree of execution power and passion
  • High level of integrity and ethics
  • Highly creative and innovative mindset
  • Demonstrate commitment, maturity, flexibility and speed in response to challenges
  • Commercial and negotiation skills

Qualification and Experience Requirements

- University degree in Finance, Business or Technology or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years in procurement / contract management / vendor / negotiations / supply chain management role or as functional expert

- Technology background would be an advantage
