A leading company in the travel retail sector is seeking a Catalogue Coordinator on a 1-year contract. Responsible for the coordination of the production of the SIA and Scoot duty-free sales Catalogue, working closely with internal stakeholders and creative agency, ensuring that each issue is printed in time and without error. To provide creative inputs to improve layout and presentation to drive passenger engagement.
Job Description
Coordination of the creation, organization and production of the physical duty-free shopping guide for the Singapore Airlines and Scoot. This includes following up with the various brand partners onboard to ensure approval is obtained before printing.
Collaborate with the various BUs, such as Retail, eCommerce and Customer Experience teams, to ensure accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date information is reflected prior to print.
Work closely with the appointed Agency to review and create visually appealing catalogues, providing value-added inputs that effectively showcase brands and their product features, to engage customers, improve readership and drive sales.
Proof-reading to ensure catalogue information is accurate and error free before it goes to print.
Preparation of cabin crew training materials, and creative visuals where needed.
Admin support such as uploading of e-catalogue onto respective platforms, dispatch of catalogues to vendors and brands.
Job Requirements
Strong attention to details - having a keen eye for detail to ensure that product descriptions, pricing and images are error-free.
Strong coordination and organizational skills is vital to manage communication with multiple brands across the different catalogues and keep to tight production timeline.
Proficiency in Excel, good command of English (spoken and written) and graphic design software tools ie Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
Previous experience in retail, sales, marketing would be an advantage
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
