Job summary

A local F&B establishment in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage operations and oversee cleanliness while ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates must be comfortable with cats and show proactive engagement in their responsibilities. Experience in vet clinics or F&B is preferred. This role requires working six days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in vet clinics, animal shelters, or F&B environments.
• Willingness to learn and pick up new skills.
• Food Hygiene Certificate or barista skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee overall F&B operations and inventories.
• Maintain cafe housekeeping and hygiene.
• Take care of cafe cats, including grooming and feeding.
• Assist with customer service and orientation.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• To manage & oversee overall F&B operation & inventories
• To upkeep cafe housekeeping, general cleanliness and hygiene
• To assist in taking care of cafe cats including grooming, feeding & cleaning
• To assist in customer service & orientation
• To assist in preparing, serving of food/beverages & cashiering
• Other ad-hoc duties required

Requirements:

• Comfortable with cats & able to recognize cat’s behaviour & handling practices
• Committed, responsible & well-spoken individual
• Proactive & detail-oriented
• Service-oriented, self-motivated & a good team player
• Must be comfortable meeting & interacting with people
• Willing to learn & pick up new skills for self-development
• Able to work 6 days weekly including weekends & public holidays
• Candidates to have at least 1 year of working experiences in vet clinics, animal shelters, cats or F&B related environment
• Food Hygiene Cert or barista/coffee skills is a bonus
