Job Responsibilities

Lighting

• Support production lighting staff as directed by HOD or Supervisor for lighting.

• Understand and help enforce MBS safety procedures and follow SOPs.

• Hang, Focus, Repair, and Maintain light equipment under the direction of the lighting supervisor.

• Ensure work tasks and projects are completed on time and support the productivity of the team.

Audio

• Supports all stage sound and video operations for shows and events within the theatre

• Ensure production requirements are delivered

• Responsible for operating, troubleshooting or maintaining A/V systems and inventory

Staging

• Operate / maintain theatrical rigging and staging equipment and systems

• Use of various hand tools and machinery for installation, repairs and maintenance.

• Responsible for operating, troubleshooting and maintaining systems and inventory

• Responsible for WHS within the theatre in the area of Staging and Rigging

• Work-At-Heights

Experience

• Worked in Entertainment/ Theatre / Events Industry.

Other Prerequisites

• Subject to position required, must be competent in either Lighting, Audio/ AV, or Staging duties.
