Job summary

hudsonmanpower is seeking an experienced Moulding Operator to prepare molds for the casting process, ensuring correct molding techniques and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires hands-on foundry experience, a minimum of 4 years in molding operations, and knowledge of mold preparation, sand properties, and defect prevention. The operator will coordinate with melting and pouring teams while maintaining safety procedures.

Qualifications

• ITI or technical qualification in foundry operations.
• Foundry training is mandatory.
• At least 4 years of molding operations experience.
• Experience in casting or foundry industry preferred.
• Knowledge of mold preparation, sand properties, and defect prevention.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds for casting process as per production requirements.
• Ensure correct molding techniques and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate molding equipment and tools.
• Inspect molds before pouring process.
• Maintain mold quality and prevent casting defects.
