Cashier

Job Description & Requirements

LOTTE DUTY FREE Changi Airport Store began its operation in June 2020 and it is the largest overseas store that offers an exclusive liquor & tobacco shop.

We are looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

1. Manage transactions with customers using POS system
2. Collect payments whether in cash or cashless payment
3. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
4. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
5. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
6. Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Requirements

1. No experience is welcome to apply, training will be provided
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Customer satisfaction-oriented
4. Basic computer skills
5. Meticulous
6. Comfortable to work retail and shift hours
7. Comfortable to handle liquor and tobacco products
8. Must be 21 years old and above as per Tobacco Act
