Sephora Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced beauty retailer. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and ensure a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting Sephora’s loyalty program, handling returns and exchanges, stocking shelves, and supporting team members to keep the checkout area organized. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cashiering or retail is a plus but not required.
• Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Follow company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and promotions.
• Monitor and prevent theft or fraudulent activities.
• Promote and explain Sephora’s loyalty program, helping customers maximize their benefits.
• Managing Mall rewards Points accumulation & redemption.
• Assist on Tax refund for Tourist.
• Support store operations by stocking shelves, organizing products, and assisting team members as needed.

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required

• Strong numerical and multitasking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Implement and follow through actions from Weekly Action Box assigned by the Store Management Team
